One of her employees’ favorite benefits of working at Twisted Limb is their vegetable and herb garden.

“I learned that an organic T-shirt company in North Carolina had a company garden and thought it was a great idea,” Woodhouse-Keese says. “My own garden just outside our studio was getting too big for me to handle, and I approached the employees about sharing the garden and making it part of the benefits.”
