You can make many mistakes, very few can afford. </p>

<p> In most companies that you want to grow. Grow revenue, profits grow, grow market share, etc. .. In some companies, the growth can kill you. This may be due to the shifting market conditions, economic changes, or an industry. </p>
<p> In some companies you want to shrink. This may be because your income is higher in less revenue. You only have so many leaders that can monitor and manage trusted.
